I ordered these with some trepidation; I wasn't sure if a woven upper would be sturdy enough to withstand the rigors of a 10-hour workday in a busy retail environment. I can honestly say that these outperformed my loftiest hopes for them! They not only performed perfectly, they kept my feet from overheating all day long! I have to use my own orthotics, but that's true for every shoe I wear.I only wish I had bought them sooner.The most comfortable shoe I've found. This is my second pair of the ECCO Intrinsic. They wear excellent. My original pair is going on 2 years. The only issue is the white soul. It gets dirty from daily usage. Have tried to clean them but can't. If you can put up with dirty look these are great casual shoes.Love these shoes. Comfortable and stylish. Sizing recommendation worked perfectly for me. Disappointed that they have doubled in price since last year. Only negative is that they need to reinforce the upper toe. Mesh does not last as long as it should with regular wear.I like this shoe except for one thing. The space between the top of the toe area and the sole is not spacious enough for toe comfort more than about three hours. They were comfortable for about two hours and then my toes felt somewhat cramped.The size is strange from US. It is in between our size. I'd rather half a size larger than half a size smaller. It is comfortable in walking. I use it in gym and feel good for walking or tennis.Escelent shoes, quality, very good, you cant go wrong with Ecco,I have two other paid of this shoe in another color. For some reason this pair is noticeably snug compared to the others.I measure to a 9.5 EEE and the Ecco size 43 fits perfectly with a bit of room to spare. I was pleasantly surprised since I normally have to go up to 10.5 in most shoes to get the width I'm looking for.If you're 9.5 or 10 wide then the 43 should work for you.Light weight, decent arch support and quite comfortable walking for long stretches.Need half size smallerRubber outsole started breaking after one season. I wore them last summer maybe 30-40 times and started wearing them this spring and the outsole began to crack. This is my second pair of Ecco shoes with white rubber outsole and the second that is breaking. I guess something wrong with their polyurethane formula or something. I also wear Ecco Cool 1.0 with Gore-tex and those are the best winter shoes I had. Too bad for Intrinsic because they are the best summer shoe I had. Verry comfortable and it is not hot in them.Have several pairs of ECCOs. Size 42 fits perfectly. Most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.Very comfortable! I have a low arch and usually have to put in custom in-soles, but with these shoes they fit great right out of the box! First time I have been able to say that! They are great!Der Schuh passt wie angegossen, ist leicht und trägt sich sehr angenehm. Jetzt muss er nur noch die alltäglichen Hürden überstehen.:-)Bislang Empfehlenswert!
