I want to say that Merrell shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had on my feet...hands down! I have had a pair just like these for years and now I needed to buy some new ones because of wear and tear over the years. I originally bought the size 6 and they were juuuust a bit tight. I returned them (super easy returns!) for a size 6.5...and I think they are juuust a titch too big. My feet may be weird or I'm a bit picky or my feet might be narrow, I'm not sure. Maybe it's the style (jungle moc)? I think I'm going to have to return these too but I do absolutely LOVE these shoes!Casual but also look nice enough to pair with professional/casual work outfits. A bit too much pressure on the top of my foot at first, but after wearing 6 or 8 times loosen up enough to not be uncomfortable. I am familiar with Merrell-fit and these were the usual size 9 that I buy in Merrell, New Balance, Easy Spirit and couple other brands. These provide the arch support and structure that I need to avoid knee and back pain. I never have problems with fascitis flare ups when I wear Merrell. I like to buy a very thin shoe insert cushion just to give a little softness for all day wear. However it isn't necessary if you don't mind a firm footbed. Shoes are holding up well so far and cleaned up easily after splattering some coffee on one shoe. Left no noticeable marks on the suede-type outer material. Love these shoes.Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size on this particular model, so I've yet to try it out.. However, that being said, Merrell hit a Homer with their original Jungle Moc...The fit and comfort are phenomenal for anything from lounging to hiking. They conform to your foot and stay comfy for years. I've worn out my share of these for sure! The sole always goes before the comfort.Downside, if any, is the front of it where the sole come up onto the shoe. It inevitably comes away from shoe and I have to attempt regluing..eventually after 1-2yrs of daily wear, the shoe develop holes along the sole-line on the front sides.Even that hasn't swayed me from buying replacements every single time! Can't live without my Mocs?I have not worn the original Merrell Jungle moc, but decided to purchase these based on the great reviews the Moc AC+ received. These mocs are pretty comfortable and seem like they will get better with wear. They have a good amount of arch support and are very cushiony/bouncy, in the heel (where the air cushion is located) especially. They look good with jeans and leggings. For me, they fit true to size, albeit a little snug in the toes- but I think this area will loosen up with wear. A minor con to me is while the insoles a.k.a sockliner have fantastic arch support for my arches the amount of padding (minimal layer) leaves a bit to be desired.I love these shoes! I have several pair. I wish they would keep making them. They have been discontinued but these are the most comfortable, shock absorbant shoes and they don't look like your typical orthopedic shoe. Its a nice shoe but I had to return it. At first it generally feels like a good snug fit, but it started to feel very stiff on my foot. I also have big ankles so perhaps because of this the nose rubbed across my upper ankle and it was starting to get soar. Its a shame they are quite comfortable and the arch support feels pretty solid, i just wish either my ankles were smaller or the shoe itself was softer. Also I noted that the sole is pretty thick, I had a side step accident and almost twisted my foot, but thats also ,me being clumsy. Still I'm very active, I like to go hiking a lot and I jump around on rocks and such so I need a shoe that will be sturdy but also safe for me. The color is true,it all looks exactly like the picture, its a pretty design in person just the same.As I suffer from osteoarthritis in my toes, it is imperative I wear soft and comfortable shoes with lots of firm supporton the sole bottom (Shoes that have too flexible a soul and ‘fold up’ cause much friction on the feet inside them).Though there are other shoes out there that are made for foot problems, a lot of them weigh a ton and add to theproblem of pain. MERRELLS are my FAVORITE SHOE, bar none! This particular item is even better than I expected...They are soft and firm and lightweight.....My feet felt like HEAVEN when I wore them for the first time the othernight. Another plus....they required no ‘breaking in’ period! Five stars all the way!Usually use a size 9.5. This model shows himself less than 1/2 size. I can wear these loafers no insoles. For 2015-2017 the company Merrell produces too thick and coarse insoles in shoes. I need to buy a thin sole and not to use the brand. Because the length of moccasins suits me. The advantage is that these moccasins have a good width for the fingers. But walk in them as if I were wearing the shell of a walnut.Bought to replace an existing pair that I have worn for years on and off and which have been extremely comfortable and serviceable. These new shoes (bought in sage green) are inferior quality to my older pair. I have found the toe area pinched on the right shoe - (there is insufficient depth of space for my toe to fit comfortably) - although the length is more or less right for my size. I have managed to stretch the offending toe area a little and am currently wearing them around the house to soften and wear them in. A bit disappointing really. Would have expected better quality and would have expected to be able to use them straight away!ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!! Speedy arrival and worked out the best size myself!! Size 5 usually but the price was not much less than the usual non offer cost. Luckily I have realised in the past that
